I am currently painting a few of my older Imperial Guard miniatures.
This Hellhound was undercoated white, before being given a green base coat and other details added with Bestial Brown and Camo Green.

Epic Forgeworld Ork Gunwagons
I have painted another couple of my Epic Forgeworld Ork Gunwagons.
I am not too sure about these. Checks are something I have not tried before. The gunner is from a metal Ork buggy.
Ork Skorcha
I have finished my Ork Skorcha.
I still want to add some more detailing and I will probably add another couple of grot riggers (using fantasy snotlings).
I think the armour skirts are slightly too low, but they still work.
Epic Forgeworld Ork Gunwagons
The beauty of Orks is that there is no need for consistency and sometimes a mistake turns out really well.
I painted one of the Gunwagons in Bleached Bone, expecting the dark wash to add a nice touch, however it contained too much Chestnut ink so it looked awful wet. However when it dried it just looked great, really rusty.

Forgeworld Epic Squiggoth
With a future model I may paint the armour panels in a similar style to my Junkatrukks but with this model I am going down the dirty rusty armour style.
The black painted armour was drybrushed with Tin Bitz and then a lighter drybrush of Boltgun Metal.
Next stage is to do the skin of the Squiggoth.
Epic Ork Bommerz
With a final drybrush to tone down the wash and accentuate the detail…
I have finished my Forgeworld Epic Ork Bommerz.
I did think about adding some more detail and glyphs, but thought at this small scale it may not work well, and I was pleased with the models as is. I have some metal conversions hanging around which I may try some yellow flames on.
I probably will get some more of these models.
Skorcha
Having washed the model, I went and gave it a drybrush to tone down the wash and accentuate the detail.
I also did some more on the motorbike front and the fuel trailer.
Ork with Rokkit Launcha
I have undercoated my conversion of an ork with a Rokkit Launcha.
It is a plastic Ork Boyz model, then using a Shoota and sticking a metal grenade (from the Stormboyz set) in the end, making it look very much like a panzerfaust. The head is also from the Stormboyz set.
Grot Rigger for my Skorcha…
This is the supplied Grot Rigger that comes with the Skorcha model.
He will be sitting on the trailer.
Feral Ork Heavy Bomber for Epic Armageddon
I got round to sticking the wings on my Terradon which is the basis for a Feral Ork Heavy Bomber for Epic Armageddon.
However I initially stuck them on the wrong way round and it looked weird, so before the glue had a chance to dry I got them in the right way.
This model is not the most recent version, it is the one before. It is not a perfect casting with a quite a few gaps which will need filling with green stuff. It also doesn’t fit the flying base, so more filling there as well.
I still need to think about the howdah and the bombs.
