I have now virtually finished my Epic Bowelburnaz.
Following an ink and paint wash, they were drybrushed with the base coat.
Some had a further drybrushing with a lighter shade.
Two have been converted using turrets from Ork Battlefortresses.
They need their undersides painted (they have been merely placed on their bases). I also want to add some more detailing as well.
On my further two Epic Bowelburnaz I have finished the base coats and added my usual ink and paint wash. This photo was taken when the ink was still wet.
They will next be drybrushed to tone down the wash and then some further detailing added.

Again I am using different shades of brown (and orange on other vehicles) to create a uniformed mass of irregular Orks.
Here is a group shot of my desert style Ork vehicles.
There are a real mix of old and new models, metal and resin.
As you can see I have followed *fashion* and I have based the miniatures which has its advantages and disadvantages.
I have since photographing these got some more brown paints from GW so I can continue the brown theme but maintain a distinctness between the vehicles.
Though not quite finished, here is one of my Bowelburnaz which after its base coat has had a wash of Chestnut Ink, Scorched Brown and water.
Did the tyres on my Epic Bowelburnaz.
As well as the Lungburstas I am also painting some Bowelburnaz.
Some of these have been converted as I wanted to use the smaller turrets on other conversions.
These have turrets from Battlefortresses.
They will also be in the desert camouflage scheme.
