The rumours are right it would appear that there is going to be a plastic Valkyrie for the Imperial Guard.
This is from the latest White Dwarf as scanned in by Plastic Legions.
Looks very nice, might get one for my Daemonhunters army, well better get painting the rest of it first.

Comparing that picture to my FW Valkyrie, it is identical. I would say the picture is the FW model unless GW have done a 100% straight copy, which seems unlikely.
What about the lascannons on each side of the cockpit?
According to Plastic Legions, the caption says that it is a new plastic kit, though this doesn’t mean that this is a picture of that kit though. In the past GW have used resin casts as models for painting and photography before releasing the actual plastic kit.
Also remember the Tau Piranah was near enough a 100% copy, so it isn’t unheard of!
Okay, according to the interweb, it is the FW resin model as the plastic GW kit wasn’t ready in time for the photo shoot…
