Another work in progress shot of one of my Old West gunfighters, Bill Longley.

I decided to use a bit of green stuff to texture the base. This will combined with the Citadel Texture make the base look more like a base and less like a coin.

Bill Longley is part of the OW9/1 Shootists pack. After giving the model a white undercoat, I began to paint it with a series of browns and dark reds, initially I started with his hat.

Bill Longley is part of the OW9/1 Shootists pack. The model was based on a two pence piece and then given a white undercoat.

As with my other Old West models I will be using a series of browns as basecoats and then wash with a brown colour.

This is a nice model, full of character.
