Imperial Guard Sentinels

Imperial Guard Sentinels from Simon’s collection. These are the very nice Sentinels from Simon’s collection (my regular opponent).

Imperial Sentinels advance. With extra armour, enclosed cockpit and rough terrain modifications they are quite difficult to kill.

He has done an excellent job on them, he has four of them.

Trukk and Wartrakk

Probably down to the flash and camera, this picture of my Ork Trukk and Wartrakk are darker than they really are.

They do have a black undercoat, but the drybrushing seems to be washed out by the flash. They look partially painted rather than finished…

I suppose I could drybrush the wheels with mud and stuff.

…though in this game they won!

Orks Fighting

This is an overhead shot of my Orks from a recent game.

They did okay, but they still lost.

Grey Knights

These Grey Knights are from Simon’s collection.

The flash has washed out the colours slightly, they look even better in the “flesh”.

Dreadnought

This is a dreadnought from the collection of my friend Simon.

As is usual with this model, it didn’t do much and was destroyed easily…

Imperial Engineer Vehicle

Imperial Guard JCB… This model was used in a game at UK GamesDay 2004.

It’s a really nice model and well painted.

Grot Cutta

I have drybrushed by Grtot Cutta, first with a heavy drubrush of Tin Bitz, followed by a lighter drybrush of Boltgun Metal.

I will then be painting the mast and boom a dark brown.

As you will notice this model is “different” to the standard Grot Cutta in that the rear wheels are the Heavy Gunz style wheels rather than the tyres which came with the model.

I have noted that this model sells quite well on eBay, as do the other models from the Gorkamorka range. I would still like to try and get a Grot Lugga as I quite like that model.
