Hierophant Bio-Titan
Forge World at GamesDay 2004 showed off their Hierophant Bio-Titan.
The Hierophant is amongst the largest and most formidable of the Tyranid Bio creatures faced by ground forces.

Tyranid Hive Tyrant
A mean looking Tyranid Hive Tyrant on display at GamesDay 2005.
The Hive Tyrant is a large and massively powerful Tyranid creature, the closest thing to a leader of a battlefield swarm yet seen. All Hive Tyrants are highly psychic, and their relationship to the hive mind is closer even than that of Tyranid Warriors.

A very nice Winged Hive Tyrant with Scything Talons which I saw at GamesDay 2007.
Every so often when I see miniatures like this (and ones like this too) I keep thinking that I would like to have a Tyranid army.
