This is an Epic scale Chaos Warlord Battle Titan from the (original) Adeptus Titanicus boxed game.
It is a plastic kit, but has a metal head. The weapons are the default plastic versions from the kit.
I think I gave the model a black undercoat and then did some heavy drybrushing.
